Delivery Policy

Maxtek policy is to ship either the following or the second working day after an order is received. The tracking number will be sent to the customer's email, around THREE to FIVE days after shipment.

State by State Ecommerce Sales Tax Breakdown:
Whether in California, New York or New Hampshire, each state has a specific tax breakdown and code to follow for our ecommerce store.
Most states have substantial sales thresholds for sales tax nexus. The most common is $100,000 in gross annual sales or 200 transactions in the last four quarters. Massachusetts, California, Texas and New York have a threshold of $500,000, so our ecommerce store may be exempt from collecting taxes in many states.
According to this tax policy, Maxtek do not charge a tax fee for your transaction.

Return&Refund Policy

For Canadian customers, please Notice:

1.Please confirm that the default payment currency at our website is USD, not CAD. Maxtek Do Not accept for refund requests for currency issues.

2.For the refund difference caused by the exchange rate, we are only responsible for the full refund in US dollars, not for the refund of the difference.

Exchange/Returns/Refund:
For any reason you are not satisfied with our Whiteboard, please do not hesitate to contact us right away. The following situation is included in the warranty:
A: If your order is damaged in transit, you are eligible to file for damaged reimbursement by contacting us via email. To receive a reimbursement, you must provide photographic proof of the damaged item or items. We'll give you a refund or send you a replacement as your will.

B: If you want to return it for any other reason, you could contact us and return the product to the designated place by us. But you might bear the freight and restocking fee for it, due to the difficulty to transport large-sized product.   

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Refund Request due to personal issue before shipping out , for example, accidentally placing a wrong order or canceling the order for personal reasons (I don't want it anymore/I dislike it anymore though I made the order,etc.). In this case, a processing refund fees would be charged by Stripe OR Paypal. The full refund of cancelled order shall be deducted 3.4%+ 0.30 USD (payment by credit card/debit card) / 4.4%+ 0.30 USD (payment by paypal).

  • Returns of non-defective supplies, non-installed equipment, and parts are charged a 25% restocking fee and must be returned freight prepaid. The returns need to be completed within 21 days since the date of receiving goods. The product must be returned in its original selling packing, in its original quantity, and in resaleable condition. For these items, the customer is responsible for the return freight.

  • Returns of non-defective installed equipment will not be accepted. 

  • Freight Collect is not accepted and will be refused. 

C: You can also choose to join our "Drift Bottle Giveaway Project" to avoid paying the 25% restocking fee. This could take a couple of weeks to find a person to accpet the "Drift Bottle Gift". But you are still responsible for the return freight.
